1. Who we are

This website is operated by Seqora ApS, CVR 46462777, Lyngbyvej 19, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark ("Seqora", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data processed via this website. Contact for privacy questions: contact@seqora.ai.

2. What this website does not do

This is a static website. It has no forms and collects no information from you. It uses no analytics, no tracking or advertising technology, no third-party scripts, and it sets no cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors and we have no way of identifying you from your visit alone.

3. What we collect and why

3.1 If you write to us

This website has no contact form and collects nothing from you. It lists an email address, and you decide whether to write to us. If you do, we process your name, email address and message content in order to respond and, where relevant, to follow up on a potential engagement. Legal basis: (i) our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and building customer relationships (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); and (ii) where the inquiry relates to a potential engagement, the necessity of pre-contract steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)). Retention: up to two (2) years, or longer if necessary for an ongoing business relationship.

3.2 Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically logs IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: up to six (6) months.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with (i) our hosting and email providers acting as processors on our behalf, and (ii) authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

6. International transfers

Our providers are located within the EU/EEA where possible. Where a transfer outside the EU/EEA is necessary, it takes place under an adequacy decision or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact contact@seqora.ai. You have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be brought to your attention on the website. If we introduce analytics or any other non-essential cookie, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any such cookie is set.
